There is no start and finish date at YTS - you can start any time during the year.

How can YTS help you?

• We are not here to get you to leave school early - we want all young people to stay in school unless they are moving into some form of work or some other training.
• You can come in to see us by yourself or with a parent or friend, or you can ring to make an appointment. 
• You don't need to feel as if you have to impress us.  We are here to listen and to help you onto the right path for you.  We want it to be a good experience for you.
• We get you appointments with Rina Hudson & Associates and Careers NZ who will help you get a CV and develop a Career Plan to help you take the next steps in your life.  This might be in ways of schooling, further education or family life style etc.
• We can also get you a Birth Certificate and help you get your Learners Licence.
• Every month we have an Induction Day which is open to you and your family so you can see and experience what the Training Providers and educational organisations around town have to offer.
• So come in and give us a try.  We look forward to meeting you.

We have jobsearch set up onsite so you can look for that dream job! Also we have licence practise tests setup onsite for you to practise towards that learner licence!
